pH - Dosing Tanks control system - Full automation
Verification Services and Aquamation Ltd , designed, built , installed and commissioned a pH dosing/correction system at Azelis Chemicals in Auckland . As the waste chemicals are emptied into a holding sump - a double diaphragm pump operates to pump into a cooling tank. Once temperature is lowered to 30 degrees C - this is then pumped into either tank 1 or tank 2. The waters pH is monitored and corrected via the acid and alkaline dosing pumps (recirculated in its holding tank) until the level operates the solenoid dump valves to return to the trade waste discharge sewer. VSL installed the water cooling lines, st.steel Mappress pipework, main tank plastic CPVC pipework, solenoid valves ,instrumentation. and even layed the concrete over the excavated sump area. A full turnkey project.
